National recognition for excellence and innovation in the management of Italian marinas
Capo d’Orlando Marina is among the marinas awarded at the Blue Marina Awards 2025, the national ceremony that took place in Genoa, dedicated to the best marinas in Italy for sustainability, innovation and quality of hospitality.
The Blue Marina Awards, promoted by Blue Marina Awards in collaboration with Assonat and RINA, analyze and enhance over 70 management elements related to ESG issues, digitalization, safety, inclusiveness and the adoption of innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence and green energy systems.
Among the awards given to marinas with a recreational vocation over 500 berths, Capo d’Orlando Marina ranked first, testifying to the constant commitment to sustainable growth, quality of services and the promotion of a hospitality model attentive to the territory and the environment.
“This award represents an important recognition of the work carried out in recent years,” said the President of the Board of Directors, Arch. Giuseppe Mangano , “and confirms the role of Capo d’Orlando Marina as a reference point for pleasure boating in Sicily and the Mediterranean. Attention to sustainability, innovation and hospitality is the engine that guides all our choices”.
The initiative, now in its fourth edition, brought together the main players in the national nautical sector, with the participation of hundreds of representatives of ports, marinas and institutions.
The Blue Marina Awards 2025 is not only an award, but also a stimulus to continuous improvement for all Italian ports.
As underlined by the organizers, the goal is to enhance the realities that invest in safety, environmental sustainability and digitization, while promoting a culture of the sea based on innovation and responsibility.
With this recognition, Capo d’Orlando Marina further consolidates its position among the Italian excellences in the sector, confirming its ability to combine high-level services, attention to the environment and quality tourist hospitality.
